  • Hi Claudia, Steve and I talked with you briefly at the Port Jefferson concert tonight. We really enjoyed it! I am a member of UU Fellowship located in State College, PA and a frequent visitor to UUFSB when I am on Long Island with Steve. We also have a house in Surprise, AZ and attend a UU church in Surprise, AZ near Phoenix. Maybe we could get you to State College for a concert at the UU Fellowship sometime? Bev Henshaw

  • Iris DeLaCruz was my daughter. She had AIDS and fought for womens issues for many years. After she died in 1991, I continued her fight. A group of us got together along with Ruth Messinger and opened the first center for women and children with AIDS. It was a space on second ave and 115 st. Thousands of calls and letters came to us to name it after my daughter, Iris DeLaCruz. I was honored and proud of my daughter. Of course you know we bought a large building. I sat on the board for a few years and I want to thank you for donating some funds for my Iris House. Iris was also a close friend to Jeffrey Marzano, she adored him. I am very close to Connie and Eric, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Beverly
